Lightbulb A4 B7 Xenon Bulb & Ballast Question

I've been scouring the internet for a while now, and I think the Bulbs/Ballasts are D1S/D1R, but I can't confirm it. Can someone push me in the right direction?

I'm also looking for a ballast that will easily replace the stock ballasts as I am plagued with the usual light flicker. Has anyone done this themselves, and have any tips/links?

Your help would be MUCH appreciated =)

do you have adaptive lights or not? will make a difference for type of ballast.
