A4 Tire and Wheel Options

08 A4 S-line Quattro w/ 235/45/17's. Want to go to 18" wheels and not sure if they would be just bolted on w/o any mods, etc. Also, what tire size would be recommended - would 245's be possible.

235/40x18 is the factory combo for 18" wheels. B7 S-Lines come with 18" RS4 wheels here in Australia.
