Default Acura to Audi Convert...now help me :)

Hey all!

I'm dipping my toe into the Audi pool here. I've owned nothing but Acuras since 92, but, with a recent hail storm making my car a total loss, I had to grab a new ride.

Picked up a beautiful 2007 A4 in pristine condition. Pre-qualified by Audi with 32k miles.

Ok-I'm sold, I've been missing out, should have joined the group earlier. Had the car only three days and realize this.

Yet have some questions after my giddy experience of sitting in the car and reading the manual:

- How much is the cell phone package? I'm quite a DIY'er so I can install it just need to know the "non dealer" ebaysih price and if it's an option.

- I want a new grill as I have laser jammers. This will allow me to cut some slats for install yet reinstall the intact one come resell time - how much does a salvage grill go? I found new ones for $300ish online so I'm looking to go down from there.

- Can TPMS be added on to a car when it's not already there? The dealer said Nav definitely can't but I didn't ask about TPMS.

That's about it - I appreciate any input!

I don't know about the others, but Nav definitely can be installed.

Really....this is very encouraging on the Nav element. I have to say, I'm ignorant as to where to start my research on that one. I'm going to read around the forums here and see what I can dig up. I assume the Nav screen won't be between the tach and mpg gauge as in other cars....

No, it replaces the radio. The stock unit is the RNS-E, which is typically about 1200 new, maybe 800 used. But there are a lot of aftermarket in-dash navigation units which will also fit.
