how does it work?

and 1 know the price for installation?

how much is it for group buy?
any 1 up for group buying?

i searched couple of web site.

and found this site call emotormania.com
they are saying they give 10% off, and they're the cheapest one i can find right now.

are they "trustable"?

I have installed the smartTOP, and it's great! I did the install myself, it's not too complicated, but it did take me a couple hours just because I didn't really know what I was doing. :P But the instructions are good.

The controller splices into your existing top controller wiring, so it listens for signals from the key fob so you can open the top remotely, and also overrides it so you can operate the top while driving up to 25 MPH, and just press the console button once instead of having to hold it.

I'm not familiar with emotormania, but it's probably fine. You can always charge back your credit card if they don't ship or something.

I bought mine from Elite Pro (elitepro1.com), but they seem not be around anymore. :P

Yeah, it's safe... but probably not good to go over a bumpy road while opening it. But the Euro spec Cabriolets are able to open while driving already.

I searched on mods4cars.com and saw www.emotormania.com, it seems like they are having 10% off right now. I'm in the process of ordering so I'll update you guys once I get it.

Thanks,

Default Trouble with side panel for Smart Top

I'm having difficulty getting the rear side upholstery panel out to access the top module. Any tips? I've gotten the rear seat bottom out, removed the bolt for the seat back, so as to have some workability. I can get the clips removed for the side panel, but not enough clearance to get the side panel removed due to the foam on the back-side of it and too tight against the seat back.

I had it mostly done last night, but had to button it back up again. I want to have another go at it tonight, but any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks,
