APR Chip
Unitronic Dealers are far and few between. I would go APR or REVO for convenience or Unitronic if they are close.
Pretty sure you need to remove the DV the see the numbers. Its only 15 minutes and if your car is not a 2008 chances are you don't have one.

That's sort of what I figured. Thanks for the reply!
Unless you are one of those shady dealers who try show everyone a stage 2 plus car vs a competitors stage 1 car or you have a fan on simulating airflow and the other company does not. I know for a fact that you can not tell the difference with any of these main companies.
I recommend choosing a dealer based on location. If you go to the dealer and they wipe your ECU because of an updated file that is availible, you will want to travel to a local dealer for a re-flash. If Unitronic is 10 minutes from me maybe I would have used them but the closest is about 2 or 3 hours away and that is not convenient.
They are all great and super comparible in hp. Get a local dealer and stick with them. You can't go wrong.
245HP / 277LB-TQ 91 Octane UNITRONIC
250HP / 292LB-TQ 93 Octane
232hp / 273lb-tq 91 Octane APR
241hp / 292lb-tq 93 Octane
255hp / 290lb-tq 93 Octane REVO
From each manufacturers website. Where are your PROVEN gains? Looks like REVO is the clear winner. Again I run APR for convenience on my GTI but those numbers are 252hp /303tq stage 1. Every car dyno tests different and the A4 must have had a bad day because the same engined GTI tested quite better.
What is the estimated cost going to stage 2 from the start?

havent installed it yet but its coming soon!
