Apologies if this is in the wrong area its my first post.

Recently bought a 2007 Audi a4 Cabriolet 2.0tdi multitronic gearbox (automatic with flappy paddles) 80k miles. Had the car for a few weeks, had it in to audi to have the automatic gearbox oil changed.

Before it went in to Audi and after i noticed a noise coming from the passenger side underneath the car. Its like a metalic rattle. I can only hear it if the roof is down or windows are down so its definitely from outside the car.

Audi did a bit of an inspection for me when they changed the oil but all they came up with was a few missing clips for the under tray and the exhaust central clamp thing was a little rusty but these were sorted and the noise persists. I didn't actually tell Audi about the rattle so they didnt look for anything specific.

I have been under the car and had a tap of everything and nothing seems to be loose.

The sound almost sounds like something metal rattling around with the turning of the wheels. It does it while accelerating and also under breaking but not while its idle.

It gets a little louder as the car warms up and as its coming up to summer and i want the roof down its something i need to sort.

Any Suggestions?
