I have a 2006 a4 quattro 2.0L automatic, and for the past few months the downshift has been getting worse. It happens at exactly 5 mph when slowing down and coming to a complete stop. Then when I start back up it has a very hard shift at around 10 mph. I took it to 2 places, the first told me that the whole transmission needed to be replaced & the 2nd place said the transmission was perfectly fine they just could not figure out the problem. Help!

 

Snub mount deteriorating? Or all mounts maybe? I don't know, just a thought.
