Hello all, my neighbor just gave me a 07 A4 with a popped headgasket that turned into a cracked head..I plan on replacing the engine but I need to know how to find out what I have.either an automatic or cvt I know this sounds stupid but how do I tell and from what I have been told the same engine cannot be used in both cases.
