so what happens to sports mode (in the auto) when you get a chip? is the sport mode even sportier? i doubt it. that sport mode is so fun i don't think i'll bother with a chip.

It's even more fun with a chip! Actually, I mostly just leave it in D now that I'm chipped. That has enough oomph for daily driving, unless, I have a couple passengers. Then I still drop into S.

Yeah. The difference is not as pronounced, since you now get a lot more power in D just from running higher boost, but it's still a little peppier in S.

I have run REVO and APR on both of my cars. Both will use a stage 1 and 2 program. Stage 2 will add more power if you get a Downpipe/High flow cat or test pipe and stop the code. You could add the Test pipe on stage 1 but then the code will arrive.

The additon of a high flow Fuel pump will allow the stage 2 plus program for even more power.

These cars are so heavy you will get used to stage 1 quickly so I would recommend stage 2 or stage 2+ with either brand. Unitronic is good but Be wary of the other brands

Also the CVT is only on FWD cars so the AWD will have the standard Tiptronic which I would prefer anyway. LOTS OF GOOD INFO in the stickies up top.
