What's the best exhaust for a 07 a4 quattro 2.0t? i want a good sound but not to much like a ricer.

 

Check out Milltek... they have a nice, refined sound.

Also AWE, APR, and MagnaFlow make kits, which I think are generally a little louder than Milltek.

for a complete (serious) setup with real improved performance, go with the milltek high flow cat and cat back. the high flow cat will let your turbo spool up quicker. anything else would just be a waste. i think the only way to improve the exhaust performance is to get the high flow cat.

 

how bout custom like borla exhaust w/ custom piping?

 

it's not the cat back (piping) that is so restrictive. any brand will give the same performance results-if any. it's the stock cat that's the biggest bottleneck in the exhaust.

 

Sorry to jump in here - Milltek looks pretty solid. Any idea how much their high-flow cat & cat back would cost together?
