... i have a 200.5. a4........ 80.000 miles (not to many problems though)...but one problem i had for about a year was the p0089 code all the time....thought it was the follower... replace the sensor like 3 times at dealership before they wanted to replace the pump. (didnt do it)... had another audi tech look at it said your pump is good everything checks right with what it should be. So i didnt replace it... would go away and come back every couple weeks. thought it was the follower with all i hear on here and the mileage but not replacin that till i do the timming belt.. but on another trip to a different audi dealership the tech said. these cars are real pressi.. to watch the gas i was puttin in (mostly bp & hess express...... the day he said that i filled it with shell v power............... never came back on pushin a lil over half a year............................anyone so input?"
