Default car wont start, cel p0300

I have a 2007 2.0t 6spd quattro. around 120k, timing belt, coilpacks etc. all replaced.

A week or so before i took my car to the body shop, my car was starting hard. It would start and for about 3 seconds it would run rough, bog down. Then run fine.
Most power was still there when driving, but at Wot i could feel a slight lurch, like lack of fuel or something. So very slightly u could barely tell.

Then i had to bring it to the body shop, about a week after they had it, they called and said it wont start.
Brought it down the road from the body shop, to a mechanic i had them replace the fuel filter that i had ordered (worried about potentially bad gas i had gotten a week before) and run codes.
It had
P0300 multiple misfires
P0301
P0302
P0303
I tried swaping the new coils with old ones that still worked, i pulled out the maf, tried wiping it off, but had not used cleaner. I tried starting the car with it out but not disconnected.

The battery is fine, alternator is fine, and i can hear the fuel pump prime.
It turns over just fine, and sounds like it should start, just doesnt.

IDk if there are any easy access fuses or relays that would cause this but unfortunately when i go to pick up my car and drop off the rental, if it doesnt start im screwed.
