just got my car A4 2006 2.0 back after work was done on the cam shaft under Audi warranty. Recommendation as to replace electric fuel pump in tank reading is 75% should be 50% (note on invoice); parts 8E0919051CN, 8E0201263G, 1J0919122B car is driving OK. Had the P0089 CEL on and off for a while, no CEL right now after getting it back from the dealership.

to fix electric fuel pump quote was $500.

I really would like to drive it a couple of weeks to see if the CEL comes back on.

do I need to worry about the electric fuel pump? Worst case what could happen? Not the expert here.
