Esp and emession light on, audi a4 2.5 tdi b7

Esp and emession light on, audi a4 2.5 tdi b7
Hi i am new here but would like help , when i press the esp button the esp and emession light comes on and when i press again it goes off ? On my last audi when i press esp buttom the esp light comes on alone ! Any help on why the emession light comes on 2 ??
