I found a seller on ebay from the Czech Republic offering a complete OEM setup and was wondering if anybody had tried this seller or this setup. In the pic it looks good to go, but I'm not sure I'm interested in being the Guinea Pig.

I guess I should also add that my factory HU is a Symphony II and I have Sirius hooked up.

 

you'd have to make sure that module is compatible. Your going to need the storage box that secures it under the passenger seat. Its going to need to be component activated and coded by a dealer

Part number seems right from what I can find (if anybody knows otherwise please chime in). I know I'll have to have the VAGCOM coding done and I'm not worried about the under seat mount -- I'll come up with something for that behind the dash. It's too bad there isn't a more affordable source Stateside.
