Well I hope it looks good! After I read your post I went there, looked at them and bought them for myself!!!(crystal smoked)

 

I haven't had my a3 for long, but I want to get a chip in the near future as well.

I just installed new headers on my friend's Ford Expedition, and let me tell you, it was quite a feet. Took 2 whole days, and jack stands came in pretty handy in holding up the massive beast. I would recommend investing in some if you are wanting to work on your car in the future.

 

u needed jack stands on a for expedition....those things clear a foot and then some tho right?

 

you have no idea how hard it was to instal those headers. we had to take the front wheels off, the wheel well covers, and then its super hard to reach them so we had to go from underneath the car. It doesn't clear a person when its not jacked up.

 

the blinkers literally take about 20 seconds max to do, and if you need any help just let me know, but you just push their either forwards or backwards so the clip conmpresses and pop them out... i have some that my friend game me cuz he didnt like them and they look pretty good, only thing is sometimes affter it rains water can get in there and it will get kinda foggy inside depending on how good of a seal they make. but i actually just bought those same side markers a min ago to, so im pretty excited about them coming as well!
