Default Front wiper

Hi all recently bought a Audi b7 and the front driver side wiper hits the upright and makes a load snapping noise, anyone else had this problem? Don't want to buy to blades or arms or what ever if someone has had the same problem, thanks

Sounds like it is out of adjustment or the person that replaced the wipers last put them on wrong. With your wipers in the down position do they sit straight across the bottom the windshield? If they are angled up slightly then you can remove the blade and reattach so that it sits straight. If they are sitting straight make sure you have the right length of blade (I think it is 21 inches, but confirm that). If they put to long of a blade on it could hit the edge. If that is correct then you can adjust the sweep of the wiper blades. That is beyond me though.

^^^Yea think like Rhodes.^^^ Here's mine. This is the way they should be when they're parked. If they're starting up much higher than this they're going to slap the A pillar.
