Hi all

Hope someone can help me..

In a nut shell ive just purchased this audi, when I select reverse by pushing down the gearstick I have to physically pull the gearstick back up to be able to select first..

Its seems like its sticking and not poping back up so I have giving it a good lube under the gearstick cover, but still no joy

I must say this is quite annoying as ive already nearly reversed into my garage thinking it was in first forgetting that it dosent pop back up,
it must looks like a comedy sketch looking forward but going backwards ;-)

I would appreciate any help or advice on this matter
