Default heating temperature offset

My automatic two zone air-condition is too much heating. It means, I have interior temperature about 8 degrees higher than is set on display.
I tested it by Vag-com, but no error codes were there. All temp sensors and flaps are working fine.
When I decrease temperature, internal temperature also decrease, but the difference is always 8degrees (internal temperature sensor - value on display = 8degrees).

Any ideas?

I've noticed when it's cold outside so that it actually has to heat the air significantly it heats it too much... but if it's only a few degrees difference between outside and inside air it's usually pretty good.
