Hmmmmmmm, it will be a nice upgrade, but what should I look out for? this one is a dark charcoal color, not silver, but resembles it.

It was bought at an auction in chicago, and the lady that owned it was a audi rep...I could probably pick it up for around 19k too.

Is this a good deal, or pretty mediocre?

I can't speak specifically for 05.5, but the major features of the sport package are lower, stiffer suspension, 18" wheels with sport tires, and paddle shifters for the automatics.
