I just ordered a bunch of Varad led replacements and they have a little board with stuff on them and the led.

I bought some off ebay, but they are out of certain colors so they are sending mismatch, I'm pissed, but thats what I get for not asking about certain colors in stock BEFORE I bid. Still, $35 is a hell of a lot cheaper than $130 I was looking at elsewhere. I'll see what comes in my color, and I'll give away what doesn't.

I think they my be sending all red, but I'll still be offering up what I don't need. They shipped yesterday and its all so confusing I have no idea what the heck they are sending LOL (the seller is in hong kong so the engrish not so great)

I certainly hope not. Oh well if I do, I'll just do what I should have done from the get go and go to the actual LED shop I found and spend the $110. Does anyone know what size the vanity mirror lights are? I completely forgot about those. I'll go look later but if anyone knows off hand...

 

So, off to LED shop I go, the stupid LEDs are forward biased and not side biased like the description said, so hardly *ANY* light comes off the side. Also I got 20 T10 bulbs and none that fit the map lights. The vanity mirror bulbs are the 39mm and the brighter dome lights in the front are 44mm, but I put the 44mms I bought in the 39mm vanity mirror sockets (bent them a little, you'll know what I mean when you see them). They are a *BITCH* to get out, and never go back in right. Make sure you have the polarities right!!!

Anyway, I need to get 10 new side-biased LEDs (W5W or for the accessory lighting, 4 side biased map lights, and two 44mm fuse style LED lights, all red. FYI looking at the bulbs now the bulbs that were in my doors were maybe 1-2mm shorter than the trunk/interior lights...

I'll snap pics later. Maybe in direct sunlight they aren't as sweet, hopefully come nightfall they will be adequate. Next time I am dealing with straight up english people!!

Oh, I have 10 of the 4-LED red bulbs that fit, extra, so if anyone wants them let me know.

 

Mine were shipped to the office and not my home. I will pick them up on Thursday.
