I am looking to purchase the new iphone but want to make sure it is going to connect with my 2006 A4 bluetooth (have the blackberry pearl and had enough trouble figuring that out...turns out had to downgrade the software). From reading other threads it seems like it should connect fine for calls but there are problems with getting the address book?? Is this a problem that just takes a few steps and can be fixed or is it ongoing and if I get it, i'd have to live without my contacts transferring? Any info would be great, thanks!

 

i have my old iphone (4 gig....you kno the one they discontinued after like 3 months) and it syncs totally fine i don't think it should be any different with the new 3 g

I use my iphone G3 in my '08 A4, contacts work perfectly.
