Default New to the A4 B7

After a long absence from an Audi, Im back. Picked up a A4 and am glad to be back. I few questions though. Rims suffer from curb rash and my friend has a set of 18's from an A5. Would they fit my A4, without too much of ride sacrifice, speedo being off, etc? Also, there is condensation inside the headlight lens, big issue? Easy repair?

It has 120K miles from original owner and has always had service.

Thanks.

Not sure what year you have. I checked the 2008 model year and the wheels are the same size (18x8 35mm offset). The tire on the A4 is 235/40-18 where the A5 showed 245/40-18. Speed would read slower than actual:

Not sure about the headlights.

My 2005 A4 B7 has the stock 17x7.5 235/45/17 on it with the sports suspension. The 2009 A5 are 18x8.5. I would run a 235/40/18 so as not to have any wheel/tire sticking out and would need the hub ring spacers.

235/40/18 is what was factory on my car. 2008 A4 true S-Line version (with the sport suspension, steering wheel, etc..)
