Just picked up an 2005.5 A4 from an auction. Pretty good deal, car's in great shape, low miles but no owners manual came with it. From what I can tell in my research, it appears that cars came new with more than just an owners manual. What other documentation was included from the dealership with a new car? Was there a maintenance schedule? I've seen a separate manual for the stereo too. Was that original issue, or is the radio also covered in the owners manual?

I would bet money it came with an owner's manual.

Look under your steering column. There is a little shelf underneath that has a leather case holding your owner's manual.

Indeed, I looked there the first day we owned the car. No dice. So, what should it have come with? I know there was an owners manual, a manual for the stereo, probably a maintenance schedule and perhaps a warranty booklet? Am I missing something?
