Exclamation out of ideas

So I've been doing lots of research and I'm at a spot, where I'm not really sure what direction to take my explorations. What I'm gonna do is post a video of my problem with my car... and I'm going to open it up to any ideas of what you think could be the issue. I just want to get a clear idea from some other people without pushing you down the same dead end road I've come to. I have scanned the codes, and will put them on here as soon as I get some Fresh Thoughts of what you may think the issue is. I'll start off with the main problem, I have pretty much no power when accelerating. As you can see in the video my car is gutless! I've not done any mods, and I've been keeping up with the the maintenance. I've not really had any major issues with the car, and this recently just started a couple weeks ago.

Ok here are the codes,

P0299- Turbo/Super charger underboost
P0300- pretty sure this is a Misfire code

I'm not continuing to push the car, or driving it regularly like I am in the video. I just wanted to give an idea of the issue at hand. I just want to get as much out of this old bugger as I can, so please help!

Thanks in advance

Also in the video this is full throttle, and only letting of the gas to allow it to shift. If I hold it down it'll just stay in that gear and maintain junk speed.

I've since removed the o2 sensor and had no change in acceleration or power. The MAF sensor didn't seem to look dirty when pulled, but may replace just to eliminate another possible issue.
