Default fluctuating throttle issue

I have recently been having a fluctuating throttle issue where as at a steady speed the throttle (RPM gauge jumps as well) will jump 200 rpm than back to cruising speed. I have included a link to a youtube video I shot from my phone. It's a bit shaky but you'll notice the RPMs fluctuating. The dealership "couldn't reproduce the problem". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Side note: I have noticed some hesitation with the transmission as well. This may or may not be related.

I have the same problem in my 2000 S4. One of my mechanic buddies at work says it could possibly be the MAP sensor. I'm trying to get my hands on a used one to swap em out and see if it works.

The MAP sensor makes perfect sense but if the sensor was malfunctioning wouldn't the fluctuation be constant? My issues isn't constant. My fluctuation fluctuates!

Also, have you tried fiddling with the A/C? Turning it off and on to see if the problem persists? My reasoning would be that something is drawing power from the engine but doing it in an intermittent fashion. Thus making the throttle fluctuate.

I appreciate the help. The dealership in New Orleans is just about as useless as a box of rocks. So, I'm trying to avoid all further contact with them. At least until I've narrowed down the cause.

My issue isn't constant either, and seems like it happens more when going up a slight incline with the pedal slightly pushed in. He also suggested it could be the throttle position sensor (the actual pedal and sensor attached to it) since it's a drive-by-wire car. Thats gonna be my next fix if the MAP sensor doesn't do it.

Also, I haven't tried fiddling with the A/C to see if it makes a difference. I might tomorrow if the weather is decent enough

Update: Thoroughly cleaned the air filter (cold air intake) hoping for a miracle fix... didn't help. Researching the throttle position sensor if anyone has a link that can help I would appreciate it.
