Hello everyone. I have a 2006 a4 b7 non-hid.
Just recently I bought an HID conversion kit and I installed it with no problem. In order to make the headlights look better I decided to change the parking bulb with an led bulb. The light I am referring to is a little bulb in the same headlight compartment with the high beam, towards the middle of the car. All the other bulbs you can just pull out. I tried pulling this one but it won't budge and I don't want to damage anything. I tried looking it up but no luck.
Any suggestions?

You have to give it a 1/4 turn counter clockwise (as seen from behind, clockwise if you're looking at it head on) and some force; assuming its the same design as the factory installed bi-xenon lights, it should just pop right out. Its a pain just cuz the hole to get at it is small, but it can be done; I did the same thing so I know it comes out

Update: I got the driver's side in without too much trouble, but on the passenger side, the bulb is just spinning to no end, and pulling on it seems to do nothing. Also, I noticed that with the led parking bulb the light bulb warning goes off (probably because LED bulbs have less resistance.) what could I do to eliminate this warning? Thanks!

 

Superbrightleds.com have resistors you can add in-line to fool the system. I had added LED turn signal bulbs which created a a fault. Installed resistor and have had no problems. One note, the "3M connectors" that are included with the resistors are junk. Use a quality butt connector, preferably one that is sealing and is the "heat shrink" type.
