I been reading this forum and had a questions and what is this PVC everyone is talking about and this PVC revamp kit....is it worth getting?
and is this also the cam follower? sorry dont know too much about this subject

Dude. You have read in nearly all the threads to do so.
Get a BSH PCV kit. Foolproof and will not fail.
Get a Revision "D" Stock Diverter Valve.
These are products that you should get to maximize your chance of not getting a boost leak and should be gotton if you are stock or modded. You can have a failure or partial failure and not know it.
If you are mechanically inclined, check and change your cam follower. it is directly under the high pressure fuel pump on top of the engine. It is not real hard to do.
