Default Quickie: First mod opinions

I am just going to do something small (initially), especially because this is only my second week of ownership, so which should I go for: RS4 22mm sway bar or Neuspeed (or B&M) short shifter? H&R cup kit coming within a month!

APR ECU flash. Hands down, probably one of the best "smaller" mods you can do, and one of the mods you'll see the most fun from right out of the box. It's the first thing I did to my 2005.5 A4 and it couldn't have been a better choice. I was in the same spot as you, drove my car for 2 weeks stock and then did the chip. Even if the rest of the car is stock, this is a great mod.

Thanks for the reply. Believe me, the ecu is coming next. I actually just ordered the cup kit last night, so I think it'll be the sway bar. Suspension was first, because in one giant swoop I'm doing intercooler, ecu, intake, and dv valve.

Wow, that's a lot of fast modding! APR's having a sale right now ($599 for fully loaded ECU), though, so you make sure you get in on that if APR is going to be your chip of choice.

Why wait, right? Actually, REVO is going to be my choice; mainly because my local Audi dealer has their own motorsports division and they are currently the second largest REVO distributor. Plus, if work like that is performed by my dealer, they say that it won't void the warranty. Even though I would love to go with APR, but for a no haggle warranty on their work? I gotta go REVO.
