Which radio systems are compatible with the factory iPod adapter introed in late '06?

Which radio systems are compatible with the factory iPod adapter introed in late '06?

I have the navigation system but am wondering if I can retrofit my early 06 with the iPod adapter they added to the late 06 package.

Anyone know exactly what radio systems are compatible with that factory iPod kit?

None of them are. I had to get a kit from my dude and i needed an additional iPod interface module so that i can scroll thru all my playlists. The Audi radio locks up the iPod.

The Symphony radio's will play the iPod but it will lock out the iPod, only allowing you to use the first 5 albums and the 6th album to be a random mix of the rest of your music.
