Smile Replacing Satellite Radio with iPod Connection

I have a '06 A4 with the audi symphony radio and the satellite sirius radio option.

What I would ideally like to do is remove the satellite radio function and replace it with an iPod connection. Is this possible and are there kits out there to do this? Also, will I be able to control the iPod with the radio/steering wheel controls?

I see that many people have replaced their CD changer with an iPod connection, but I was hoping to be able to keep this....

Any advice would be great!

I had the dealer install an iPod adapter into the factory system. When I plug my 160gb iPod into it, it just says "Loading" and doesn't play. The dealer's 30 gb unit did play.

Does anyone know whether there is an ipod size limit or something that prevents mine from playing? And does anyone have any advice on how to get it working with this large iPod?

I would go with an adapter from Dice Electronics: http://www.diceelectronics.com/

Mine cost around $160, and was extremely easy to install. I'm not using the ipood connection, but the Aux, so I can plug in my Zune (Microsoft). Their tech support is also pretty good.
