hey all,
my b7 came with the stock sound system which leaves much to be desired... i am thinking about upgrading but had a few questions first... number one is there a sound system installation guide already on here? if so just point me to it... if not then my first question is what is the max mounting depth for the front and rear door components...namely the woofer ive read the doors can house up to a 6.5 diameter... is that accurate?... second, is there a place for subs built into the car already... possibly where the bose sub would sit if i had it installed? or is there no sub in the bose?
