Default stuttering/shuddering issues

I'm not really sure which ones to describe it as, but it's having a problem nonetheless. When I am accelerating between 20-55mph (approx.) and only when the pedal is under 30-60% load, it doesn't happen when I am light on the pedal nor when I am really heavy on the pedal. Things I have done that might affect this, I replaced a fuel line between the high pressure fuel pump and the injectors. Idk if that would affect anything, but what do you guys think?
Oh it is a 07 a4 2.0t fwd

Could it be as simple as clutch or flywheel judder?

In that case you may have a internal problem with the gear box, when I was buying mine I test drove another one with a similar problem to what you are getting and so I walked away from that one, it seemed to be juddering around 20-30 mph and got worse if you floored it.

but would it happen all the time or almost all the time then? My thinking is that the problem is in the fuel system, not the tranny

Probably not the same but I used to have the same issue's. Found out that I overfilled my gas tank (I would always squeez as much fuel as possible in) this would lead to judders and shakes on take off. Found out that you should not do this. Once I filled up normal, judders and lurches went away. Mine is a 6 speed manual.

that seems really strange, ive never heard of that before. If i were to guess, the extra fuel would screw with the avap system, and it would be like pouring water out of a glass bottle it gets choked up if you don't let any air in while letting the water (or fuel) out

that would only make sense if the car was old enough not to have injectors, modern cars regulate the amount of fuel used via a computer system so overfilling shouldn't affect the fuel to air mixture. The only way overfilling would cause an issue would be if the extra weigh was causing a problem.
