I have searched but couldn't find the answer. Could someone tell me how to remove the rear side compartment in a 2006 Audi A4? Thanks in advance!

 

Do you mean the little storage compartment on the drivers side of the trunk with the door? The top of that compartment houses the XM SIRRUS radio equipment.

 

Please, before I break something.

 

if your car has the carpeted 'door' over the compartment then just open the door, use a flat head screwdriver and pry it off. there should be little slots to fit the screwdriver into. it also may be a drawer that pulls out, not just a plastic cover

 

Yes, I can see the tray... I just can't see how to slide it out.

 

I don't think that tray slides out. It is just a storage area behind the door. If it does slide out then I want to know too.

 

idk if ya got it out yet but i took some pics of mine today, mind you, i have a 2008 A4
like i said before, just take a flathead and pry up on the two little slots and then use your hands or flathead to pull it out more. and mine is a small plastic tray because thats where the satellite radio receiver goes. and maybe the dvd navigation if ya have that but i dont, so im not 100% sure. hope the pics make it clearer for ya
