Weird sound coming from engine

Hi guys!
I'm totally clueless where this sound is coming from? I'm suspecting PCV issue but I have the BSH fix installed many years ago. Has anyone experienced something similar?
Car runs normal no issues, and the sound almost disappears after 20 min drive.

If by some stroke of good luck there were a cell phone application like Shazam yet which perceived these vehicle shortcoming sounds and showed the probable conclusion.
