Default What pads?

I am looking to replace the front and rear pads on the wifes car. She does NO performance/spirited driving at all. She only wants safe, reliable, quiet, less brake dust than stock, and the ability to plug into the brake pad sensor so the dash light does not trip. I want to satisfy her list, cheaply (the more I spend on her car, the less I spend on mine ). Any suggestions? Thanks much!

EDIT: My bad, 05.5 A4 2.0t quatto sport package

I have had great success with the local Advance Auto Parts cheapy brakes. I always buy them and they wear good, dust is low, price is cheap. Oh, warranty is lifetime I believe.

Some will say don't cheap on brakes but I honestly cannot tell the difference and have had no negative performance. I have used them for 15 years.

I thought about that, but I only have NAPA out here (sucks!). They cant tell me if thier pads have the wire that plugs into the pad sensor or not. But I have no problem using pads from one of the retail parts chains, the wifey will never outdrive them. But I aint driving an hour to get to one.

Another question. Do the rear pads have the sensor on them? The wife has the car at work so I cant crawl under it. I found front pads that have the sensor, but not any rears, so I dont know if they have them or not. Thanks!
