Exclamation What type of leather is in my A4?

2005.5 A4 2.0T

I was wondering if we have real leather in our cars, becuase I wanted to clean it with some Woolite/Water mixture, and use this to protect it :

or this :

and 303 Aerospace Protectant for the dash, door cards, rubber seals, etc.

One thing I didn't know though was that part of the seat is not even leather it is vinyl, thats why you can see the white mesh underneath the crack. He said something about automakers only having to have 30% of the actual seats leather to claim " leather interior package " so only the middle panels of the our seats are genuine leather. With only 35,000 kms on the car I think it's safe to say the vinyl Audi is using is poor quality. I'll be sending this picture in to my service manager at the dealership. Let me know if any of you guys have had luck with warranty? Thanks -Jay

I wonder if it matters what year/model you get...Would it be pointless to put that leather conditioner/cleaner on it even if its only 30% leather?
