Default Where do you have your boost gauge mounted?

Ladies and gentlemen,

I'm trying to figure out a nice place to mount a boost gauge. The gauge I'm set on is a Prosport Halo series boost gauge (52mm). I've been looking around and have found some steering column mount gauge pods that look intriguing, but the thing is that I haven't seen a picture of them prove to me that you can see the entire instrument cluster without having to peer around them (sorta OCD about having clear line of view). I'm not too keen on those single non-molded pods that just screw into the dash either. I've seen a really nice two gauge pod down in the ash tray area on GTI's but it doesn't seem they make that kind of thing for B7 A4's. I'd also potentially like a vent mount pod but most don't fit 52mm gauges.

Anyone have any thoughts or ideas? Pics would help.

I have a Podi column-mounted boost gauge. It blocks maybe 0-10 MPH on the speedometer. I guess it depends how high you sit in the seat.

I have used both a vent mount and a Column pod. I prefer the column mount as the gauge is right in front of you. No need to glance away for a reading. I felt more comfortable eyes forward.

Thanks for the input guys, I think I'm gonna end up getting the column mount pod from Podi. Just need to think if I should get the two gauge pod or single pod... Decisions, decisions.
