Default 2010 Audi A4 B8 TDI Clutch bite too high, HELP !!

Hi I own a 2010 Audi A4 B8 120bhp, but I have it remapped(tuned) to 180bhp. I recently replaced my full clutch and dual mass flywheel with a brand new Sachs unit, but I’ve noticed my bite point on the car still hasn’t dropped low, it’s still biting pretty high, close to where I’d take my foot off the clutch. Everything was changed only 200km ago, I’ve been doing city driving and not much motorway driving until I have done at least 500 miles (1000 km). I’m becoming frustrated now because I don’t know what’s wrong at this point, I was going to bleed the clutch but that’s only if my clutch pedal was stuck to the floor which it isn’t. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
