A4 B8 Wheel Offset Range?

A4 B8 Wheel Offset Range?
Having a hard time finding out what the wheel offset range is on the B8 A4s.
Do the stock 17s on the B7 A4s fit on the B8s? Just worried that they wont clear the brakes as I am considering getting them for a winter set. Any info or push in the right direction would be appreciated.
