A4 Bluetooth

Hey, anyone know how to activate without going through dealer? I have a 2009, quatro

gc.

Make sure you have the option and if so go into the MMI and follow the instructions.

Bluetooth is only available if the car came with the option. OEM bluetooth cannot be added aftermarket.

you press the phone button then go to the bluetooth settings. then set a password, enter the same one on your phone when you try to connect and it connects. your phone should do it automatically everytime after that

Thanks for all the replies. My model does not have it preinstalled. It's too bad. I had the opportunity to use one in a different model for about a week. Great feature. Will not be missed next time.
