Default B&B performance intake for Audi B8 A4 2.0T

Hi every one, i have a 2009 Audi A4 2.0T quattro, i ordered the B&B cold air intake from Global Autoshop, DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE..... You get an air filter inside a metal cone, with a 2" opening in the front and what suppose to be a "Heat protector" thin metal sheet. The product don't even fit right, your car will be breathing the hot air coming off your engine and that defeat the purpose of having a cold air intake. Its 160$ down the drain.

Sorry to hear that it turned out to be pretty subpar. Does Global Autoshop have any sort of satisfaction guarantee? If it was sold as a CAI, it should be breathing fresh clean air or they should refund your money.
If you have installed it, have you noticed any difference in power?

I cant return it, i live in Canada if i add the shipping cost i lose more so i got the best of it. I used there tube for the curve plus i cut some parts from my old AEM kit used it as an extension for the K&N filter that i had and placed it behind the bumper, i made 4 cuts in the fog light grill for the fresh air. I m running the APR chip (93 oct) and i removed all the resonators out with a Magnaflow exhaust plus the air intake the car performs much better n it is much faster :-)
