Need help! Had clutch judder problem on my 2009 A4 2.0T (54k miles) @ 2200RPM under load, felt easily -- shakes car -- in 3rd thru 6th gear. My dealership told me it was a "wear" item and wouldn't be covered under my CPO warranty ($3600 repair). I got the parts back and no visible signs of wear!! Plenty of thickness to clutch plate and I can still see/feel the original machining grooves in the pressure plate & DMF mating surfaces. Audi seems unlikely to help me out.

Anybody have a similar problem or have to go through an arbitration process?
