Hi people my first post to this forum, I have a Audi a3 2.0 tdi 140 2008, on Friday I had the dmf and a new clutch fitted, now I have the car back there is a judder when take off in 1st gear, also in reverse, now I called the mechanic and he's told me that it will get better once the clutch has bedded in??? As I'm no mechanic I was wondering if he is right or fobbing me off, now I no it's had the both replaced as I seen the old dmf and clutch, I have researched on Google and it says could be engine mounting??? The car never done this before so would love to no the reason any info would be great.
