Talking brake pad upgrade, pad performance in cold conditions??

I want to upgrade my brakes this spring. From all the research my top picks are Carbotech Bobcats and Hawk HPS. I think it will come down to price and warranty, because these 2 seem to always have good reviews.

In all my research people are always talking about sacrificing cold bite with a higher performance pad. So does this mean they really won't work well in very cold places?

Should I be concerned about how well these pads will perform in snowy weather?? I am in snowy weather every winter so i want to make sure.

Any other pad suggestions??
p.s. My brake pad priorities:
1) everyday driver, no/little squeaking, no chewing up my rotors, who cares about dust
2) good bite at all temps, anyone should be able to drive my car w/o surprises
3) 2-3 track days per year, Infineon, Laguna Seca (so 362 days on streets, no track only pads)

I'm using Hawk HPS and in COLD weather = Winter = Snow, they work perfectly.

No squeeking, no dust!
Never taken it to the track.

Thanks. This doesn't really seem to be an issue, I was just curious. I guess they would specifically say don't be in the snow if it were a problem. Im going with Hawk HPS.
