CPO A4 Avants
I'm in the market for an A4 Avant 2.0T Premium (either a new 2012 or a 2009-2011 CPO). I live in Western Washington and I've noticed that most the dealers out here list older CPO A4 Avants (Example: Used 2010 Audi A4 AUTO For Sale | Bellevue WA) that are more expensive than new 2012s with the similar set of features.
My expectation was that the depreciation curve would be steeper when comparing 2010s and 2012s than what I am observing.
What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated.

I just used KBB.com for that car you provided and they basically have it listed right at the book value.
I built a 2012 online and came out around $47,000 for pretty much the same car. If you can get a similarly equipped new A4 for the price in that add, go for it.
