Take the car to autozone and have them run your OBDII diagnostics (it is free).

See what codes are given, and then we can go from there.

If you have misfires, I always replace the plugs (which you did.) Replacing coils, fine, (that is what you did.) If you have spark, then the next thing you need to check is if you're getting the appropriate fuel pressure.

As for the low oil level, I'm new to these cars (just bought a 2013 A4), but I don't think they have a dip stick.....so, did you do the oil change?

The mechanic thinks all your fuel injectors need to be replaced? Was this an Audi mechanic or a general mechanic?

A general mechanic. I just met him. He's a friend of a friend that works on cars. Should I go to an Audi dealership?

You have 3 x faults for misfires in 3 x different cylinders. I don't think all your injectors would be "bad" within 100k miles....do you have a second vehicle? Instead of replacing the injectors, you can send them out to be reconditioned instead of buying 4 x new ones.

The one thing you want to avoid is going down the path of replacing parts.

Have you confirmed that you're getting spark? I know you replaced the plugs, but if you aren't producing spark, then you'll get misfires. You probably should go to a shop and get a vacuum test first to make sure there is no metered air getting out. What is the condition of you mass airflow sensor?

3 x things to verify:
Air - no vacuum leaks, MAF is working correctly
Spark - spark plugs, coils, engine is properly grounded, ignition system is firing
Fuel - fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuel pressure is correct at the rail.
