Daytime Running Lights 09 a4 Quattro Premium
So I recently got an audi, and id like to swap the current stock drl's with a white LED(my lights aren't the stripstyle), i was wondering if i would need a resistor of any sort to install an 12V 21watt LED, or do i just plug in?
Im new to euro cars, i had an integra(stolen), so any help or steps to installation would be greatly appreciated as well, since i cant seem to find a video or photos online. Thanks For reading.

Do you want to do the complete halogen to bi-xenon conversion?
If so, this is a pretty good resource:

Bi-Xenon? No, but what is the difference between that and a standard HID kit? I am looking into purchasing one somewhere down the line, and i do know that a relay of some sort is needed in between the ballast and the bulb, or are new audi's strictly bi-xenon?
My question by the way is say the original DRL were to burn out, and i bought an LED bulb instead(3.3 watt, 12V), would i be able install it outright, or would i need a resistor, i have read on previous threads that a resistor would be needed, but the bulbs they talked about had a 21-30 watt output.
