Help with AMI + iPod
Just yesterday I got my 2011 a4 and I'm loving it, especially love the B&O sound system. However, what I didn't notice before i bought it(...) was that it only comes with an iPod 30-pin connector and it's located in the glovebox for some reason.
I'm an Android user all the way, but I bought myself a cheap 1st gen iPod. Updated to iOS3, jailbreaked, installed Spotify. Went down to the car and got stuck on the AMI initialize screen, after some testing I realised that there had to be songs on the iPod to connect to the car. Thing is, it plays these songs automatically and I can't pause/stop them. If I play a song from Spotify it plays for a second and then returns to the built in player, which I can't use since it's docked. Removing the music removes the ability to dock to the car... Any fix?
Also, looking through the settings it looks like the computer stores current and average fuel consumption. However these values doesn't show on my gauge cluster, I'd at least like to see my average consumption.
Any help is much appreciated.
