Launching an automatic transmission

Well for what its worth ive tried out this break launch method. Nothing seriouse a few runs to see how it works and if you break and rev to a safe 1500 or if your a lil more extreem i tried abour 2300rpm it gives you an INSTANT launch now the rest would be up to how you carry your foot through the gas.

I also notice that the S drive just max's out your torq almost instantly.. I only feel the difference when i am at a crusing speed and throw it into S, I get an instant kick/boost. I was wondering if starting off in S off the line is a more effective or is there a better time to pull into Sports mode while already running off the line?
